A Columbian coffee with a juicy character and high natural sweetness.

 

The cherries ripen slowly under the shade of the plantain trees before they are hand picked and processed on micro wet mills. They are then dry fermented for 26 hours before being washed and sun dried on raised beds. Parabolic dryers are used to help combat the regions humidity and rainfall.

40% EL SALVADOR CHELAZOS - juicy, clean, balanced and bursting with plum and marzipan.

 

20% SUMATRA JAGONG - intense and full bodied this coffee has deep notes of chocolate and liquorice.

Our decaf is always single origin and is rotated to ensure the best crop is used.

The decaffeinating process uses natural carbon dioxide which leaves much of the coffee characteristics intact, giving good body and balance to the brew.

​

It is a gentle, natural and organically certified process and the good caffeine selectivity of the carbon dioxide guarantees a high retention level of other coffee components which contribute to taste and aroma.

 

The by-products are 100% natural and recyclable.

No19 ETHOPIAN SINGLE ORIGIN

Outstanding complex coffee with huge depth of flavour. Notes of apricot and peach dominate the cup with distinct floral aromas of coffee blossom and rose.

 

This coffee is intended to be brewed using a pour over method and demonstrates almost perfectly the taste profile expected from washed coffees from this region.
