A really versatile coffee with good balance and a syrupy grape-like mouthfeel.
Full bodied, well balanced and clean coffee which is rich with hints of figgy sweetness, milk chocolate and brighter notes of orange and sticky blackberry.
The cherry is first floated to separate any overripe or underripe beans before being delivered to the drying tables where it is carefully spread in a thin layer and regularly turned to prevent uneven drying or mould development. The natural process is what gives it the ‘funky’ or “boozy’ taste notes.

We offer a delivery service using the 1st Class Royal Mail service, orders placed before midnight will be shipped the next day, excluding weekends. Products can also be collected at our coffee shop at 175 Watling Street West, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 6BX during our hours of business, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Saturday 9am-4.30pm and Sunday 9.30am-1.30pm.
